二、功能

◆ 有终端监控界面，可对每个箱子进行实时监控，清晰显示每个箱子当前状态，并将记录存入数据库中待突发事件时备查。

◆ 安全可靠，非法报警系统完善，图象报警和语音报警相结合，当有非法开启门未关好等事件发生时通过报警系统提醒管理人员。

◆ 由于该系统采用登记结帐方式，用户在使用时间内可以多次存取。

◆ 系统可自动判断箱子是否为空，避免了误存现象。

◆ 每次租箱、开箱、关箱均有记录可供查询，可一目了然。

◆ 具有统计功能，结帐时自动统计箱子的使用及收费情况，通过打印机打印帐单，实现了寄存业务的正规化和科学化。

◆ 完善的寄存工作管理功能，当班人员输入个人密码，启动系统后方可进入该系统非工作人员无法操作。

电子钥匙的分类形式：

 1． TM扣智能形式：密钥写在TM扣中、独具防水、防磁、使用无磨损、是目前世界上最结实，最耐用的智能卡。

２．  磁卡形式：   密码写入磁记录中、成本纸使用后不需回收，方便快捷、卡上可印刷与经营相关的图片、广告。

３．ＩＣ卡形式：   密码写在芯片上、可记录使用者其它特征。

４．键盘输入形式： 密码可打印在登记卡上、密码直观，易泄密。

系统构成：

    管理终端

       管理终端采用400M处理器、32兆内存、1024x768监视器、4G硬盘、智能寄存管理系统软件一套、智能卡管理系统硬件及软件、通讯控制器。

    监控终端

       融合计算机技术和通讯技术，直接控制测试箱子门锁，实现读卡器与监控终端之间、管理终端与监控终端之间通讯任务。

    读卡器

       每一读卡器负责一个箱子智能卡输入，读卡器由读卡装置、单片机、控制电路组成。

    电子锁

       用于替代机械锁的最新一代电子锁、加电后锁会使门自动弹开，具有门开检测功能。

    机械锁

       每组箱柜配有一把机械锁，防备万一使用。

    保管箱

       箱子是由日本冷轧钢板制成，采用数控冲、数控拆制作，做工精细，坚固耐用。

 Features and Functions

I. Features

l Step control and management is adopted in the Luggage Storing Box management system.

l Open type management enables the customers to store and take out luggage by themselves, and staff members’ working load could be reduced dramatically.

l The perfect and scientific management functions of the whole system can entirely guarantee the safety of the luggage stored in the box and remove customers’ worries behind.

l In accordance with the requirements of different customers, customers can be charged by hours, days, etc., which is very flexible. 

l Several kinds of beautiful appearances of the boxes are available to increase the grade of luggage storing.

II. Functions

l There is a terminal monitoring interface to carry out real-time monitoring of each box. The interface can clearly display the current status of each box, and the relevant information is saved into the database for emergency checking.

l With a perfect alarm system integrating image alarm and voice alarm, the system is safe and reliable. The managerial personnel will be reminded through the alarm system upon illegal box opening or mistakenly closing of door.

l Since the method of accounts closing through registration is adopted in the system, a customer can store and take his/her luggage for multi-times.

l The system can automatically check whether the box is empty or not, wrong storing can be avoided thus.

l Data on each box renting, opening and closing are available for checking.

l The system has a statistical function. Information about the use and costs of the box can be automatically added up and printed out by a printer, the standardization and scientification of storing service are implemented.

l The system has a complete storing work management function. The system can not be started or entered until the person on duty inputs his/her personal password. Any non-staff persons can not operate the system.

Composition of the System

Management Terminal

l The management terminal includes 400M processor, 32M internal memory, 1024´768 monitor, 4G hard disk, a set of intelligent storing management system hardware, hardware and software for IC card management system, communication controller.

Monitoring Terminal

l Integrating computerized technologies and communicated technologies, the monitoring host computer can directly control and test the lock of box while managing the communications between the card reader and the monitoring terminal, the management terminal and the monitoring terminal.

Card Reader

l Consisting of card reading unit, chip microprocessor and control circuit, each card reader is responsible for the entry of IC card into one box.

Electronic Lock

l It is a new generation of electronic lock used to replace mechanical keys. The lock can automatically open the door after electricity is connected. It has the function of door-open checking.

Mechanical Lock

l Each group of boxes are supplied with a mechanical lock, which will be used in case of emergency.

Storing Box

l Made through numerical controlled pressing and folding with cold-rolled steel plate from Japan as the raw material, the boxes are strong and durable for refined workmanship.

1. Intelligent TM Card

l The key is written in TM button.

l It can uniquely resist water, magnet and wearing.

l TM card is the strongest and the most durable IC card in the world today.

2. Intelligent Magnetic Card

l Password is written in magnetic record;

l Recovery of such cards is unnecessary because of their low cost. Furthermore, they are easy and simple for use;

l Picture and advertisement related to the service can be printed on such cards.

3. IC Card

l Password is written in the chip;

l Such card can record other features of the user.

4. Entry through Keyboard

l Password can be printed on a registration card;

l The password is visible and easy to be disclosed.

Daily Operation

Card Issuing

The management personnel select cards for big, middle and small boxes according to the customer’s requirements. After a card is inserted into the card reader, the system will automatically register and prepare the card and record the amount of the cash deposited by the customer. The customer can open and close the box in correspondence with the IC card within a certain period.

Accounts Closing

When a customer returns his card, after the management personnel inserts the card into the card reader, the card will automatically enter the status of accounts closing, and the box number, period of renting, charge and amount of cash pledge to be returned will be displayed on the screen.

Daily Report

Upon changing of shift every day, after the function of daily report is started, the system will output such information as the operating income, situation about the renting of boxes, faults of the boxes, etc. in the last shift to the printer.
